Rebecca Springer is a private equity analyst at PitchBook. She leads the PE team’s healthcare coverage and contributes to PitchBook’s quarterly PE and M&A core reports. Springer’s insights have been cited in numerous publications including Business Insider, Buyouts and Modern Healthcare. Prior to PitchBook, Springer was an analyst at Ithaka S+R, a strategy and research consultancy to the higher education and information science sectors. She was also a college lecturer at the University of Oxford.

Springer earned a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge, and a doctorate from the University of Oxford. She is based in PitchBook’s Seattle office.

Jinny Choi is a private equity analyst at PitchBook, where she focuses on the PE team’s technology coverage and produces quarterly PE and M&A reports. Choi’s insights have been cited in numerous publications, including Business Insider, The Wall Street Journal and Private Equity Wire. Prior to joining PitchBook, Choi was a senior investment analyst at an endowment in Los Angeles, where she monitored existing investment managers, evaluated prospective investment opportunities in all asset classes, and conducted portfolio and strategy analytics.

Choi earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations with an emphasis in global business from the University of Southern California. She is based in PitchBook’s Seattle office.
